Will it work with my bank?
It works with chip debit and credit cards. We move your card's own chip into the steel card, so your bank, card number and PIN stay exactly the same. You pay by inserting the card at any POS machine or ATM.
Do I have to send my card?
Only if you choose We transfer it — Delhivery picks it up from your door and it comes back insured. With the Self-Kit, your card never leaves your hands.
Is it safe?
We move the physical chip — nothing is copied or stored. Pickup and return are insured and tracked.

Will my card number, account or PIN change?
No. It's the same chip from your card, so everything about your account stays the same. Your bank won't notice any difference.
How long does it take?
We transfer it: 8–10 business days, door to door, with pickup within 24 hours of your order. Self-Kit: 3–5 business days to reach you.
How does the pickup work?
The moment you order, we book a Delhivery pickup and send you the AWB number. Your card is collected from your door within 24 hours. Put it in any envelope with the AWB written on it. No label, no printer.
Can I see my design before it's made?
Yes. For custom and design cards, we send a preview on WhatsApp and engrave only after you approve it.
What if something goes wrong?
With We transfer it, the transfer is guaranteed to work — if it doesn't, we fix it. Prepaid orders are also covered by Razorpay's Money Back Promise: a full refund if your order isn't delivered, or arrives damaged or defective.
Can I return it?
Each card is engraved for you, so we can't take back a card that works as promised. If it arrives damaged or defective, message us and we'll make it right.

Do you ship outside India?
Yes, worldwide by express. Outside India, the website shows prices in your own currency. International orders are placed on WhatsApp (+91 73640 81477), not through website checkout. Shipping is a flat $30 for up to 4 cards, and international orders use the Self-Kit. Shipping within India is free.
Does it support tap to pay?
No. Solid steel has no tap-to-pay, so you pay by inserting the chip. That works at every card machine and ATM, in India and abroad. It also means nobody can take a tap payment from your card by accident.
